Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. The Law provides a set of Consumer Guarantees which protect consumers when they buy products and services. Further information about the Australian Consumer Law and these Consumer Guarantees is available from the website of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
The refund policy does not exclude any statutory rights to which you may be entitled to under the above laws.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from our shop and in the event that your purchase is not what you were after or is unsuitable , please review the following terms that relate to returning an item and requesting a refund, store credit or exchange product.
Change of mind Refunds
In the event that you receive products you have purchased as stated, but that you simply change your mind, we may at our discretion, offer you a refund or exchange, provided that you meet the following terms
(a) You notify us within 14 days of receipt by email enidsemporium@gmail.com or via phone (02) 6331 6818
(b) Products being returned must be in original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
Product labels and tags must remain intact and attached and undamaged.
Product has not been used and has not been damaged.
Returns must be pre-approved before returning.
(c) Change of mind purchases approved for exchange or refund are returned at the purchasers expense with tracking to be provided. We take no responsibility for parcels that fail to arrive.
(d) We do not offer change of mind refunds in the event that you find the product at a lower price after purchasing.
(e) If we approve a product for exchange you will be issued with an exchange of a product of choice or a credit note that will be valid for 3 years from date of issue.
(f) All sale items are non-refundable.
(g) All gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
In the event that the product you ordered has been damaged during delivery:
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of any damaged product.
Any damaged product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, together with any packaging and other items you received with the damaged goods.
We will arrange to repair, replace or refund the damaged product provide you have notified us within the 7 days of receipt via email and the damage claim is supported by clear photographic evidence of the damage and a detailed description of the issue. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may result in delayed processing time or rejection of the claim.
Shipping Costs for Returns
In the event that a product you have purchased fails to meet one or more Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we shall bear any cost of shipping the returned product back to us, as well as any costs of shipping any replacement product to you.
Shipping costs for change of mind returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser, and must be sent via tracked postage. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Timeframe
We aim to process any requests for exchange or refunds within 3 days after the items is received safely back to us.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method . Depending on the financial institution, it may take a few days before a refund appears.
